Discussion-Based Vote Chess

We are a small but extremely active group based on chess improvement. Around 30 players will be allowed to join, but those 30 players should actively discuss and participate. Members must also have had, at some point in some form of chess, a rating above 1600. All times of vote chess will be played but the distinguishing factor is our quality chess debates.
