The Bishop's Opening begins with the moves 1.e4 e5 2.Bc4.
It is one of the oldest openings to be analysed, mentioned as early as the 15th centuary. It has been played by many grandmasters such a Larsen ,Nunn, Kasparov, Anand, Kramnik and Adams.
