I am a player who lags (and flags) a lot. This is demonstrated by my previous games. Therefore, I suggest that you play many rated bullet/blitz games with me for the sole purpose of increasing your ELO. I do flag many games in online turn-based chess; However, do not challenge me rated because I am flagging to the point where I cannot offer any more ELO. Thank you.
