Hi! I began coaching in 2016, and since then, I've had the privilege of working with a wide range of students, from Grandmasters like GM Nijat Abasov and GM Vasif Durarbayli to enthusiastic newcomers. One of my non-titled students, Can Isik, even tied for 1st place in a city championship, while another student, Nathan Sun, won an interschool tournament in New Zealand. These accomplishments are proof that with the right guidance, anyone can achieve great things!

My coaching style is tailored to each student. In our first lesson, I analyze your games to identify your strengths and areas for improvement. Based on this, I design a personalized learning plan. Lessons can be lecture-based, where I introduce key concepts, or interactive, involving solving exercises and practical play. Together, we’ll turn your challenges into strengths—and have fun along the way!
