I was the leader of the elves in the last alliance between elves and men. I persuaded Isildur to throw the ring to Mount Doom. Evil prevailed until my friend Frodo threw the ring to Mount Doom. 

I took the final ships to continue my life in the undying lands with Celeborn, Gandalf, Galadriel, Frodo, Bilbo, Thranduil, and their people.
