A 30+0 chess game is not a slow chess game,in a 60 moves match you'll only have 30 seconds! Average for each move, definitely not enought to properly evaluate a position. IMO real slow chess begins with a t.c. of 30+20 but still we'll get around a minute for each move, maybe if we play very fast in the opening we can get more time for the most critical parts of the game.
